Kruch

On the 23rd of September 2014, the Innotrans fair in Berlin will open its doors and welcome executives, engineers and operators in the railway industry from all over the world. Visitors will be greeted by the latest products and services from various railway-related areas. You are invited to the KRUCH stand 216 in hall 25.

World-Firsts and Innovations from KRUCH

Modern railways face increasing demands. In order to remain competitive as a means of transport, electrical railways have to continually improve themselves: components have to last longer, life-cycle-costs need to be reduced, the assembly has to be simplified, work safety needs to be increased, route availability needs to be maximised etc.

As a specialist for catenary components and route signals we intensively research new potentials for improvements and strive to make these innovations available to you.

Signal Mast with Built-In Ascent Support – SMA

KRUCH presents a world-first at the planet’s biggest trade fair for railway technology. The Signal Mast with Built-In Ascent Support “SMA” will be displayed and will be available for testing at KRUCH’s stand in hall 25, stand number 216.

The solution for modern railways:
Fulfilment of legal work safety requirements, redundancy of aerial platform use, increase in route availability, reduction of delays, massive savings, ROI in the first year!

Innovative Catenary Components

Various innovations in catenary components underline KRUCH’s claim for being one of the leading specialists in this field. One example which proves this is the “world’s most quickly adjustable dropper system”.

Witness the outstanding performance of our products for yourself at our stand. We gladly advise you on how to use our products to optimise your catenary system. We are also the right address for the design of individual systems.

Energy Flow Simulation

Only by using a detailed analysis of the energy distribution in your overhead catenary system can you identify weaknesses, potential for improvement and cost saving potential. Our Energy Flow Simulation “EFS” gives you the right tool to simulate and evaluate the most important situations on a daily basis – and it only needs a few minutes of training! Provided with this tool, you will use changes in train schedules, electrical parameters, sub-station parameters, car parameters and more to identify weaknesses and load limits. You will also test the most effective measures in the simulation before investing in the tracks. Your energy distribution and supply will become more efficient and reliable. Afterwards, you can make investments more securely and in an optimised manner.

Innovative Steel Catenary Masts

The discussion on whether catenary masts should be made of concrete or steel is both old and new. We produce catenary masts from steel and, utilising an innovative design concept, succeed in making them both cheaper to produce and lighter than concrete masts. Moreover, they last longer and are can be tested more easily.

Did you know that we install cantilevers in a few seconds, using only one bolt? And to make work on the track even easier, faster and more precise, the cantilever remains height-adjustable!

This innovation will be unveiled in a world debut at Innotrans!
